The couple, Brangelina (Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie), have a recent deal with the Asprey based in London. They have a silver and gold, limited edition collection called Protector. It features a serpent, which Angelina Jolie believes is the protector of her family (thus the name of the collection = protector). She believes in this so much that she wore a reptile-like ring while she was pregnant with one of her children. A lot of the designs of the rings the two have in the collection are snake-like. The rings are starting off at $525 and will be available to buy for the holidays (perfect timing). All of the money made from this collection will go to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which is an organization that helps to raise awareness and money in order to teach children about war. Some of the items that are in the Brangelina collection include children’s spoons, tooth boxes, egg cups and picture frames.

Another popular celebrity that is starting a jewelry collection is Jane Seymour from Dancing with the Stars and Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. Her Open Heart line of jewelry has been out since spring of 2009. The line is exclusively sold at Kay Jewelers. Jane’s collection has proven to be her best medicine — she’s been completely involved in the jewelry line. The inspiration of Open Heart came from a nasty divorce she went through. Drawing open hearts has allowed her to express herself. She says that if your heart is open, love will always find its way in.
