It seems that there is an on-going attack on celebrities and their belongings these days. Previously, stars like Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Megan Fox and a couple of other celebs had their homes robbed of jewelry, cash, electronics, shoes, clothing and purses. Now, it seems that Usher was robbed while he was in an AT&T store in Atlanta with a friend. No one knows who did it. Witnesses say they saw a man, but there aren’t any sketches or identification as of yet. Apparently, the thief/thieves took $1 million worth of jewelry, along with cash and other personal belongings. He had a fur coat in his GMC Yukon that was worth $50,000 alone. In the police report, Usher also claimed that he was robbed of a variety of “Christmas goodies”. A computer was also stolen. All of the items were situated in the back of his truck. This happened on Dec 14th — bummer because likely he had to go re-shopping for those X-mas goodies that were taken.

The Grammy winning hip hop artist recently had a baby boy, Usher V. Hopefully, the holidays weren’t completely ruined for him and his young family. It seems that the heist was a huge jackpot for the thieves. Likely, the jewelry has been identified and if they try to pawn it at any shop, they will get caught. Or maybe they will get greedy and try to rob Usher again or another celebrity, just as the thieves did in California. If they follow into their footsteps, they could end up just like them — arrested and locked up.
