Well, it looks like celebrities aren’t only the victims when it comes to jewelry heists. On Tuesday a search warrant was issued to search through Lindsay Lohan’s Venice Beach pad. Then before they were able to search her place, the necklace mysteriously appeared to the police (no name was given). On Wednesday, a case was presented to Lindsay Lohan on Wednesday, but prosecutors won’t be making a decision right away whether or not they will be pursuing charges against Lohan. However it is possible that she will be investigated for grand theft.

Reports of the stolen necklace were made on RadarOnline.com. No further details have been released by the police. Sources that are close to the actress say that the necklace was loaned to Lohan by a stylist, who didn’t return it back to the store.

Not sure if Lohan really did keep the necklace, failing to return it back to the stylist, nor do we know if she was the one who returned it. Kind of strange that it pops up right when she is about to receive a warrant to be searched by the police. We shall see whether or not prosecutors will proceed with persecuting her and what the investigation may reveal. Hopefully she didn’t steal it and end up doing more time.

When you think of a female celebrity who is provocative, what name comes to mind? For many, it would likely be Lady Gaga. If that was the thought the came to mind, then you were correct! There were various celebs on the list of CNN’s “Most Provocative Celebrities” for 2010, including Mel Gibson, Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen. Even recently turned legal Miley Cyrus was named on the list, but she too didn’t top that list. If you’ve been keeping an eye on Lady Gaga’s videos and performances, then you should know exactly why she was named the most provocative celebrity of 2010. Here is what David Levine, the executive producer of CNN, stated:

“The key was that the mention of Lady Gaga’s name sparks a visceral reaction,” says “Showbiz Tonight” executive producer David Levine. “And she’s had the most continued interest among all the nominees. She became the first person to reach 1 billion [views] on YouTube and she has 6 million followers on Twitter.” CNNHLN Showbiz Tonight hosts AJ and Brooke called the Gaga choice a “no-brainer.”

Lady Gaga’s album “Fame Monster”, which was a big hit by the way, is a perfect example of her. Since she’s become a celeb, she’s been in the media and the news headlines constantly. If she isn’t wearing a bra and underwear to a Yankees game, then she’s wearing a pair of handcuffs at an airport. She’s always up to something strange and provocative, which is why she is the heavy weight champion of the title. Let’s not forget about her infamous meat dress! So, what do you guys think about Lady Gaga and her new title?

As you may already know, celebrity Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violation of probation that started in 2007 for DUI. She may only serve at least 13 days in jail, which could put her out of the slammer today or tomorrow. The only way that she can get out early is on good behavior, which would have been 51 days of her 90 day term, but since there is an overcrowding of inmated in the county’s jail, she may be released in a quarter of that time (since she is a nonviolent female offender).

After she finishes her jail sentence, she will have to go to drug and alcohol rehab as ordered by the judge in Beverly Hills. Right now, Lindsay Lohan is being held in cell #28, and guess who happens to be right next to her in cell #29. None other than celebrity jewelry burglar Neiers, who was busted for stealing jewelry, cloths, electronics and other items from Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Megan Fox and Orlando Bloom. What an ironic coincidence!Cell #29 was also Paris Hilton’s jail cell when she was arrested before. Another coincidence!

Though Lindsay Lohan won’t be having any contact with other inmates, the two gals could talk if they wanted to. Her showers, break time and activities will be done in isolation. Her contact with the outside world has been limited. She can only speak with her attorney through a glass and telephone.

This ongoing trial for the L.A. thieves who have stolen, jewelry, clothes, purses and electronics from stars like Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox have finally been indicted. Alexis Neiers, one of the little thieves, was already locked away in jail for her involvement in the burglaries. Now, the other five that were in on the ordeal have been charged with first degree felony and conspiracy.

The burglar bunch have stolen millions of dollars from these notable stars, most of which has been found. Rumor has it that Rachel Lee still has some of the items that were stolen. Nicholas Frank Prugo is said to have been charged with seven felony burglary charges. This is the supposed mastermind of the whole sting operation. He was known to create somewhat of a shopping list for the items to snag during their outings.

Other members of the group that have been indicted include Courtney Lee Ames, Diana Tamayo and Roy Lopez Jr. Not sure what possessed them all to do what they did, but maybe they should have stopped after the first time. Too bad they fell under the spell of the “rush” and thought they could continue to get away with stealing. Don’t they know that celebs have cameras in their homes? Also, everyone knows that if you get greedy, you’re bound to lose at some point.

Surely, you’ve been hearing a lot about the celebrity jewelry thefts that have been taking place and how the suspects were apprehended. The mastermind behind the whole ordeal is suspected to have hidden a lot of the property that was stolen, with the assistance of her dad. A search warrant was issued in L.A., to obtain phone and Internet records that could be used to locate the missing property of the celebrities.

Rachel Lee, the identified mastermind behind the string of burglaries that took place in several celebrities’ homes in L.A., stole about $2 million worth of property from celebs like Orland Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox and Paris Hilton. No leads have been released from the police about the property’s whereabouts.

So far, Rachel nor her father have been charged with hiding stolen property. The police have been unsuccessful with finding phone records for David Lee, Rachel’s father.

There were a total of six young adults that are being tied to the string of burglary attacks. Rachel has pleaded not guilty to all three counts of felony burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property. Her home has been searched by the authorities, where they found a fur coat that belonged to Paris Hilton. A woman that lives next door to the Lees said she saw he and his daughter removing boxes from the house before the police had searched it.

Two of Rachel’s accomplices (allegedly), named Nicholas Prugo and Alexis Neiers told the cops that the Lees were getting rid of the stolen property.

The 7th person to be arrested in the Hollywood Hills celebrity jewelry burglaries has turned himself in. Jonathan Ajar, 27, also known as Johnny Dangerous, turned himself in at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Station on Wednesday, around 2:30 pm. He turned himself in after a warrant was issued for charges like possession of drugs, possession of firearms and ammunition by a felon, receiving stolen property and possession of body armor. It is also suspected that he’s been selling the stolen property from the celebrity burglaries. He’s already served five years in prison for trafficking drugs. The authorities did a search of his apartment on Oct. 22, which led them to finding various weapons, cocaine and body armor. One of the handguns found belonged to actor Brian Austin Green. Also found were electronics, drugs, perfume, high-end make-up, Louis Vuitton and Chanel purses.

The celebrities that have been hit by the bunch include Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Ashley Tisdale, Megan Fox, Rachel Bilson, Brian Austin Green and Lindsay Lohan. The girl, Rachel Lee, who was arrested in Las Vegas may get off the hook — the charges have been declined to be filed against her and the case is still pending for her. Inside of her home, there were pictures of Paris Hilton and $20,000 in cash. The group managed to pull off 10 burglaries between October 2008 to September 2009. Millions of dollars worth of items and cash were taken; some of which were sold. All of the suspects had aspirations of working in the entertainment field, but weren’t properly connected and didn’t have the skills. No one is connected to the victimized celebrities.
