How do I place an order?

We do not ship on the weekends or public holidays. Our shipping department packages orders on weekends, however as our Carriers do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders that have been packaged on those days will not be shipped until the following business day.

JewelryPayless provides a 90-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (support@jewelrypayless.com) or phone and we will immediately issue a return address with detail instruction. IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:
- A 15% restocking fee is charged for returned items.
- All sale items are final.
- Products can be exchanged one time only within 90 days of purchase
- Return the merchandise to us within 90 days from the original order date.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Damaged and used items will be automatically discarded
- You must include all packaging materials.

How should I clean my sterling silver jewelry?
Since most of our sterling silver jewelry has a Rhodium plating, they will not tarnish like silver jewelry without it. Therefore, it only needs to be cleaned with jewelry cloth in order to remain shiny. Click here for jewelry polishing cloth at our store. The cloth is chemically treated with non-toxic cleaning and polishing agents especially formulated for fine silver in order to restore the luster of the silver. However, using any "silver dip" or acidic solution to clean it will damage the plating.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?
No, our jewelry are nickel-free. All of our silver jewelry is made 0.925 Sterling Silver. The 0.925 indicates the purity of the silver. Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. The other metal is usually copper.
